Hoje um júnior apresentou um wireframe e perguntou se “é isso que o usuário quer”.

Expliquei que o usuário quer coisas simples: clareza, utilidade, eficiência.

Mas o negócio quer outra coisa: números para o PowerPoint da diretoria.
